What internet speed do I need?

For 1080p (HD) streaming, a stable 12 Mbps bandwidth is required, while 4K (UHD) streaming demands a stable 25 Mbps connection.

If your box connected via HDMI is blinking:

Navigate to Settings –> Display –> Screen resolution –> Display Mode –> 1080p50hz, then confirm by selecting OK from the popup window.

If your device goes to sleep or shuts down:

For Cruze 4K & Cruze Hybrid 4K 5G Boxes, access Screen Saver and set “Put Device to Sleep” to NEVER.

For Cruze Hybrid 8K Boxes, access Settings –> Device Preferences –> Screen saver –> Put device to sleep, select Never, then exit from Settings.

If your box or channels aren’t functioning properly:

A simple restart of your box can often resolve most issues.

Is there any warranty on the device?

Cruze TV box comes with 1-year hardware warranty. For all warranty claims, the box will need to be sent to us for investigation and repair. We will repair or replace your box. Please allow for 5 working days for repair from when we receive the box. The customer will pay postage to us and we will take care of the return postage. The warranty for remote is for 1 month only.

what is the Return policy?

We do not accept changes of mind or returns for Cruze TV due to the 1-year repair warranty on the set-top box alone (excluding the remote). However, exceptions can be discussed on a case-by-case basis by raising a ticket in our support section. Approved returns will incur a handling fee of $125 as a restocking fee. Accepted returns will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by our support team. This number must be provided to our customer service team for organizing the return and refund, after deducting restocking and handling fees.

Please note: If a fault is found in our product, we will replace it within the warranty period. If the fault is determined to be due to external factors such as internet service, modem, router, or anything beyond our control, we will inform you accordingly.

What is the return policy on Recharge?

Recharge is prepaid and once used, it is non-refundable. There are no refunds provided on recharge transactions.

What if the box becomes faulty after recharging?

Please note that recharge is credited only and non-refundable. However, when you recharge, you have the option to purchase an extended warranty for your device, ensuring coverage for such situations. It’s important to remember that an extended warranty can only be purchased at the time of recharge and not afterward.
