Nanak Groceries uses its best endeavours to ensure products ordered are available for delivery. However you acknowledge that in some cases this is not possible and Nanak Groceries may need to reject an order you have placed for a product that is actually unavailable for delivery. In such cases we will refund in full all amounts you paid in respect of such unavailable product.
Variation of Products and Price
Nanak Groceries may vary the prices on this website at any time, and prices are subject to change until you have paid for the products in full.
You must pay for your products purchased on this website. Payment of the Purchase Price may be made through one of the following third party providers:

Pay on delivery, EFTPOS on delivery
We are committed to provide the delivery within given time frame . However, there is no guarantee that the orders will be delivered on the scheduled day. If we expect a delay in your order delivery, we will notify you (email and/or Phone) about your order status and expected delivery time, as soon as we can. All deliveries are made to the address as given by you, and you will be available in person to receive the delivery.
If you are not available during delivery, we can leave the order at your door if we have your written consent to do so prior to delivery. We will not be responsible if the parcel is reported as missing after delivering the order at your door with your written consent. If you are not available to receive the delivery and we have not received your written consent to leave the delivery at your door, then we will have to re-schedule the delivery. You will be paying $10 for rescheduled delivery charges.
If you wish to cancel your order then please contact us on 0434-285-839 before cut off time. Any orders cancelled after cut off time may incur a $10 or 10% of your order amount (whichever is higher) cancellation fees.
The personal information that we collect may include, but is not limited to:
- Your name;
- Your contact details including your email, home/delivery address and billing address;
- Other personal information that we collect in the course of a transaction on our website;
Information we hold about you can be accessed by logging into your account on the website and checking the information in the My Account page. You should ensure the information, such as delivery address and email, is up to date and accurate.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided if you have simply changed your mind, you have made a wrong selection or found a cheaper item elsewhere.
Returns and Refund can not be accepted for Frozen, Dairy and any perishable products.
Nanak Groceries offers 7 day return policy (excluding frozen, Dairy and Perishable items ) on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. For further information, if not listed here please contact us.
All products returned MUST be Unopened & 100 percent complete, in original packing and in saleable condition with the purchase receipt.
If you receive damaged items , it is expected that upon inspection you will reject the delivery and hand the package back to the delivery personnel. If you do not notify Nanak Groceries of damaged goods upon delivery, no claim for return and/or compensation will be issued. Nanak Groceries has sole discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, Special price / sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at
Shipping charges on returned items are the Customer’s responsibility. we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Nanak Groceries does not guarantee to receive the item. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will assess the item and attach the credit to your store account which can be then claimed in your next shopping. We will also notify you of the status of your refund via email/sms so that you can keep a copy of the result.
Please Note : Nanak Groceries will not accept any returns without proof of the purchases.
